Culinary argan oil tastes delicious and is also very healthy. It has even been scientifically proven that argan oil has a cholesterol-lowering effect.

You can use Argan oil to enrich your pasta, rice salads, couscous, fish and soup. It also contains a lot of vitamins and minerals and is therefore very healthy.

When heated many vitamins and minerals are lost so it is better not to use argan oil for frying; that's a waste.

Use argan oil after preparation and before serving your meal, for example by putting a dash of argan oil over your cooked pasta. This gives a great taste and the pasta no longer sticks. Of course you can also do this with the cooked rice and couscous. View a few recipes.

A dash of your favorite soup or a few drops over the grilled fish or grilled bell pepper also tastes delicious. Use argan oil with your salad: make the salad as usual, but replace the usual oil with argan oil. If you do not use vinegar, the argan oil will come into its own better.
